Mum & Bub Barre is a low-impact exercise class building in intensity designed especially to acknowledge the changes that occurred during pregnancy and birth - helping mums feel confident to exercise with their babies.
For mothers and babies from 6 weeks (depending on birth) until bubs is crawling. If you have done Barre before or would like to start this fantastic practice, then this is the class for you!
