What's the difference with Barre Stretch
This class will start like our regular barre classes however has a bigger emphasis on lengthening our limbs as we wind down the week. This class enjoys a long stretch at the end and finishes the evening with a little Shavasana to help you have a deep slumber. Perfect for those trying barre for the first time or needing assistance stretching tight muscles.

Why Barre?
Life takes us out of balance. Sitting, driving, spending hours typing on a keyboard-all of this creates an imbalance in the body, giving us slumped shoulders, a rounded spine, and a lopsided stance. When our body is shaped this way it can’t function properly, and everything we do-including exercise-exacerbates the problem.
