Come hear and learn from barre enthusiast Cheryl Hobson about how to make the connection of talking your muscles for pelvic and spinal strength and conditioning. Learn about engagement and activation to get the most out of your workouts to help avoid injury.
Cheryl has over 10 years of musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience. She has worked in both New Zealand and Singapore in private practice. She has a hands-on physiotherapy approach and focuses on functional rehabilitation. She has been trained in the McKenzie Method and the Milicich Method. Currently undertaking her postgraduate studies, he has in-depth knowledge in spinal, complex and chronic conditions.
Workshop will last approximately one hour with a Q&A session at the end so you can ask Cheryl any specific questions you may have about your own personal workout and tweaks you can make to get the most out of your barre classes (and other workouts).
