The Seasonal Wellbeing Series - Autumn, Building Personal Resilience 

Thursday 18th May

Autumn is a time of change and a fantastic opportunity to stop, draw breath and check in with yourself and your wellbeing. We are all so busy, juggling roles and many balls, often resulting in feelings of fatigue, stress and overwhelm. Come along to this informative evening and learn how to overcome these feelings and take back some control to effectively manage your everyday. Treat yourself by upskilling yourself! 
Rachel is an experienced facilitator with over 20years experience in the wellbeing, resilience and productivity space. This workshop will cover: 

  • How to embrace change and uncertainty

  • Manage emotions and relationships for better outcomes 

  • Understand the power and impact of your thoughts 

  • Build resilience to manage everyday stress and overwhelm



The Seasonal Wellbeing Series - Winter Winter Wellness

Tuesday 8th August 

We often associate winter with colder weather, darker evenings and hibernating at home. It can also be a time that unhelpful and unhealthy habits might creep in and impacting on our mood and motivation.  We might struggling to get outdoors, exercise, eat well and connect with those people who can “fill our bucket".  Come along to this information evening and gain some perspective of where you are at and how you might build your self-care routines over the winters months.
Rachel is an experienced facilitator with over 20years experience in the wellbeing, resilience and productivity space. This workshop will cover: 

  • finding space to put yourself first

  • identify the things that derail your self-care plan

  • overcome procrastination and find motivation to build healthy habits

  • learn how you can build personal boundaries at home and work



The Seasonal Wellbeing Series - Spring New Beginnings

Thursday 12th October

Spring is considered to be the season of new beginnings and a great time for us to take up new challenges, learnings or directions in our lives. But this is often easier said than done! Many of us are naturally cautious and nervous about making changes and stepping outside our comfort zones. Come along to this information evening and learn how to build your confidence to make the changes you want. 
Rachel is an experienced facilitator with over 20years experience in the wellbeing, resilience and productivity space. This workshop will cover: 

  • gaining a deeper understanding of what is holding your back from trying new things

  • overcoming imposter syndrome

  • living your life from a place of courage and confidence



The Seasonal Wellbeing Series - Summer 
Surviving and thriving through the “Busy Season”

Tuesday 5th December 

Summer for many of us is a season of sun filled days, beach holidays and social BBQ’s. However, this time can also bring its challenges with family dynamics, social pressures, financial outlay, holiday logistics and a general increase in pressure and expectation. Come along to to this workshop and arm yourself with tools and tricks to support yourself through this busy time.

  • setting realistic expectations

  • managing triggers and challenging  relationships
