Healthy breakfast recipe...

If you are always rushing in the mornings and maybe forget to eat breakfast sometimes, this recipe is perfect for you.

Healthy bircher muesli:
  • 100g oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 350ml milk / mylk
  • 2 apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of cranberries

Dice the apples, then mix all of the ingredients together. Store in a jar in the fridge overnight. Add more milk if desired before eating. Enjoy!
