Trauma Sensitive Yoga

Flourish offers 8 week sessions of trauma sensitive yoga per term, fully funded by ACC for those with a sensitive claim, with self-funding option also available.

Each 60-minute session includes choice-based gentle movements and postures, body and breath awareness, encouragement to notice sensations without judgment, and relaxation in a safe and supportive space. 

These sessions are faciliated by trauma-informed yoga teacher Erin Fairgray and psychologist Dr Vanessa Beavan. For 15 minutes before and after each session, the facilitators will be available to foster social connection (optional), co-regulation, and integration.

TERM 3, 2026 GROUPS: 

Tuesdays online (all genders) 28th July-15th September, 7.00-8.00pm

Fridays at Alpha Yoga Cambridge (women only) 31 July-18th September, 11.00am-12.00pm
