Body and Breath Presencing
Below is a 13 minute trauma-informed practice to bring compassionate awareness to body and breath, settling the mind and resting in the present moment. Gently guided by Erin Fairgray, owner and teacher at Flourish Wellness, enjoy.
The Breath of Joy
Join Erin for a 1 minute breathing practice to boost mood and energy. Please adjust pacing to suit and take care of your shoulders, back and knees as we'll be moving dynamically along with the breath with a 3 part inhale and long exhale through open mouth. Feel the difference afterwards :)
