What is Yoga?
Yoga is an ancient practice that connects body, mind and breath in the present moment. It offers individuals the opportunity to explore and learn about themselves in a non competitive, supportive environment. Yoga is a therapeutic way to help individuals release tension in the mind and body and helps them to find balance in the day to day.
Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind and centers attention” - Dr. Nevins.
