Set amongst the beautiful artwork inside Raglan Photo Gallery, lies a unique space for conscious community and connection.

Sacred Thresholds - intentional women's gathering held the 3rd Sunday of each month, 5.00-6.45pm

You are welcomed into nurturing sanctuary, allowing unhurried time to reflect on the liminal space for who you were and who you are becoming. You may find yourself at a crossroads in life where a pivotal shift or crisis has awakened you to a different reality. Things can feel disorienting in a strange new world, perhaps feeling alone and unsure of who you are anymore. Or you may just know something needs to change.

With the support of Erin as your compassionate and present guide, along with resonant community, you get to practice holding yourself in grace as you feel into the shift and move through life's twists and turns with strength, courage and resilience.  Erin's own lived experiences and trauma-informed teachings align to meet you where you are, empowering you to access your own clarity and wisdom needed for the next step of your journey. A new version of yourself to be embraced and integrated. Or allowing time to process what was hoped for but has not come to pass.

This is your safe space to enjoy tea and other nourishments and the opportunity to connect with other women. From there we turn inwards through insightful questions that allow you to hear your own voice - whether held internally or expressed aloud - along with invitations for gentle embodiment, self-care, breath and relaxation practices. 

Limited to just 7 women, allowing for a more personal experience.

Flourish Community Membership - $33 per month (recommended initial 3 month journey)
Created to foster continuity, trust and connections within the group, with each gathering building on the last and allowing time and safe space to explore what is personally unfolding. Includes member benefits and integration support in between. After three months, there is freedom to continue or pause.
