With life on the go it's easy to skip breakfast however did you know that it's the one meal you really shouldn't skip? Here's a delicious, filling recipe that will keep you going for hours and only takes seconds to whip together.

  • Vegan (or dairy) IsaLean chocolate protein
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 serve peanut butter (fresh or powdered)
  • Blend with ice & water
  • If you have the time top with other 1/2 of banana, more peanut butter and a bit of granola for some crunch.
