It's not easy to stay motivated when it's cold, dark and rainy outside. So here are a few ideas to help you stay active during the winter months.

✨ Find an accountability buddy - someone who can check in with you to help you stay motivated.

✨ Set a reward for your goal - give yourself a treat to look forward to and work towards.

✨ Try something new - mix up your usual exercise routine with something different like maybe...

✨ Barre Stretch - this class is all about strengthening and lengthening your muscles.

✨ Get it done in the morning - so you don't feel too tired or busy to make your workout happen.
