Prenatal Barre is a low-impact, moderate-intensity exercise class that empowers expectant mums by allowing them to safely and effectively stay in shape.
Who is this class for?
Do you enjoy being in a small class (maximum of 10 participants) with varied sessions and an experienced instructor? Are you interested in low-impact, moderate-intensity exercises to help keep fit, healthy and energised during pregnancy? Would you like at home stretch and strengthening guides? If you answered yes to the above, Prenatal Barre might be the right fit for you.
This class is a special 8 week series that can be done alongside or as a standalone from our regular barre classes.
