I would highly recommend Liora’s barre class. I went to my first class last week and had no idea what to expect as I never done a Pilates class before. At first I admit I thought it was a bit unusual and not at all like my normal gym classes but after about 10 minutes in I realised this was not as easy as it looks. My legs got an amazing workout and what a brilliant way to tone and strengthen your muscles. Your body really felt it after a 60 minute class and I for one will definitely be back.
