- Vegan (or dairy) IsaLean chocolate protein
- 1/2 banana
- 1 serve peanut butter (fresh or powdered)
- Blend with ice & water
- If you have the time top with other 1/2 of banana, more peanut butter and a bit of granola for some crunch.
