What is a Barre:
Barre is a great fitness class mostly because you don’t feel like you’re in a fitness class while doing it. Barre is hard on the muscles but kind on the joints. The controlled, body-weight focused exercises within our classes increase muscle endurance and stability — reducing the pressure on your joints, tendons, ligaments and spine. Because of this, barre classes are suitable for all ages and stages and is ideal for those who're prone to injury. Barre is also fantastic for strengthening your core, increasing strength and mobility, finding your mind-body connection by improving your body awareness and posture, stress management, and increasing mental strength and willpower.
What is a Sound Bath:
The healing vibrational sound and vibrations of crystal sound bowls bring balance into mind body soul, aiding in reducing stress brining the whole body , mind into a state of calmness alongside stimulating the immune system cleansing the body and allowing you to enter a deep state of relaxation.
